Sawa/Sornem is a small predominantly Sherpa village in Taplejung district in Eastern Nepal in the lap of Mount Kanchenjunga. This used to the be their primary school:
This village was selected by our partner, 3 Summits of Nepal, to receive the twelfth school they have built. What an improvement!
The school was dedicated in September, and families are enormously grateful.
